(ZUCCHINI PATTIES WITH DELICIOUS HERBS)
Peel and grate the zucchini, remove their juice by squeezing with your hands. Place in a deep dish.
Add the minced scallion, parsley, dill, mint, corn flour and egg, stir well.
Add the salt, mashed feta cheese, olive oil, baking powder and salt. Stir to form the zucchini mix.
Take one tablespoon of the zucchini mix and roll into a ball, then slightly pat.
Cook the zucchini patties in a nonstick pan with one tablespoon sunflower oil.
Serve hot with garlic yogurt and green salad.
