Wash the orange. Carefully insert the coffee beans into the orange, with the aid of a knife.
Place the stuffed orange into a jar, add the gin, water and sugar cubes. Affix the lid and allow to rest at room temperature for 44 days.
After 44 days, strain away the solids. Transfer your liquor to a glass bottle and store in the refrigerator.
Serve cold.
